My partner and I were hoping to find a good new place for us to try since we've moved from Bellingham, and she found this cozy little spot. I ended up ordering the quesa birria tacos, two burritos combo, and the carne asada, with an appetizer of chicken taquitos. A lotta stuff, but we like to do a "sampler" of a bunch of stuff when we try a place There's not a single thing that I dont really enjoy, from the chips and salsa to the entrees it's all really good! It comes in very generous portions too, which I appreciate. The lady that I talked to at the counter was so sweet, I felt welcome in a warm environment. We've been trying to find "our place" here for a while, and I think we found it here. Much love to y'all

Great cozy spot. Staff was very attentive and friendly! Food and drinks were wonderful. They also love cats and dogs (pictures all over)...which is a great positive! Will be back!

Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my 32 years on this planet. The vibe was great, the staff was super friendly and lovely. Looking forward to going back.
Found this restaurant by accident and we were impressed! First, the remodeling of an entire motel into a combination restaurant, bar and pool hall is amazing. Second, any restaurant that has been around for 30 years (according to the staff) you know has got to be good. These initial impressions were backed up by the Pico de Gallo, shrimp fajitas, and steak molcajete. To top it off, they serve a homemade hot sauce paste the consistency of gochujang that has a wonderful umami and spiciness (6/5) that makes you want to have more (and indeed, you can take it home with you)! The staff were kind and helpful, and you could tell they were proud of this restaurant. When you dine here, you will taste why!
I always say my wife makes the best enchiladas north of Antarctica. After eating at Paraiso I think I will have to change what I say. My biased opinion has a very serious challenge. Paraiso's enchiladas are amazing!!! The only way you will ever know is to give Paraiso's a visit. You will agree.
